What is man...(Did you know?)

We've heard it said that man was made a little lower than the angels, but did you know that this verse says "man was made a little lower than God"

For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. 

The word translated as angel in this verse is 'elohyim, the same word translated as God.

 In the beginning God ('elohyim) created the heaven and the earth.

Sunday Scripture

Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust. 

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore.
